WELCOME TO MY GARDEN!

Had a morning in the garden today. It’s looking great, even if the effort of keeping up with all the cutting and weeding is nearly killing me at the moment with all the rain we have had.

A cheery front garden that is well tended, always exudes a sign of “welcome”. It reflects pride, love and energy, and these are contagious, something attractive that we all want some of!

COWPARSLEY, RED BOTTLEBRUSH, & OTHER RITES OF SPRING

All sited during my ritual morning 30 minute walk, and taken with the i phone. I know that cowparsley is just a weed really, but i just love it for its ethereal lace like beauty, and the purity of its white! Other favourite sitings for morning walks at this time of the year, are the red red bottlebrush, which attracts the yellow honeyeaters, and bolshy wattle birds,  the yellow lichen down at the creek, and the slivery flowering grasses.
