Drawing more Kitty Kats, this time experimenting with the medium of ink and sharpie.
Really like the sharpie because it is so immediate and easy to use.
The first two round cats are drawn directly and spontaneously with ink, and no pencil first. The very last small round cat was drawn first in pencil, then i worked over it with ink

we have now concluded that this humble $5 chair is, in fact a throne, so it is only natural, that it should be the resting place, not for human bottoms, but for royal fluffy ones.
MEET “ARCHIE” THE INCREDIBLE NINJA GINGER
At my forementioned drawing bootcamp this week, our brief required us to depict past present and future. You have seen the depiction of my past via the childhood memory of my cat wally white whiskers. To depict the present, we had to draw someone or something jumping.
I drew my cat, Archie, jumping. He really does do these moves to torment the poor little dog, who is a bit slow to realise, as most dogs are. The moral of the tale? While he looks sweet and innocent, NEVER feel sorry for Archie, because he is evil.
