Autumn time in the Garden

After hot x buns, we planted up the new kerb garden, as I have decided to remove the grass on the front nature strip. It involves too much mowing and it always looks sad any way. Now I have planted it up with tough and hardy succulents, and echium.

I have put succulents into the front garden box, carefully trying to balance silver, green and burgundy foliage. There was a wasp nest in the wall, which Suki kindly decimated.

We planted up the bathtub raised garden bed with beetroot and spring onion, and I planted sweet pea in the olive tubs.

That really beautiful potted succulent was chosen by Suki, isn’t it striking!
